Introduction and Purpose
The purpose of the teaching and practice of illuminating self acceptance, is to address the internal question around our inner dialog. That conversation determines our perspective on the whole of our lives. By looking deeply at what an external influence has such a powerful impact on our mindset we can begin to see how we choose to live our lives.
Week 1
Preparation for the Purge Process
Introspective writing will help you to prepare for the in-depth learning you will begin to experience, through your own excavation. This process helps to raise awareness at the root cause of what is creating lack of self acceptance in areas of your life.
Week 2
Looking at the Foundations of Self Acceptance
In this section, you will look deeply at what self acceptance actually is for yourself and start to navigate the foundation for your personal belief systems, choices and actions around how you have constructed your beliefs.
Week 3
Emotional Traps
Learning about the TRAPS helps us learn to choose HOW we think and take action. In an newly unfolding clear and empowering standpoint, this part of the process is designed to help begin developing a plan of illuminating Self Acceptance.
Week 4
What we Can and Can Not Change
We learn to build and deepen our understanding around self acceptance in this section and also name the external influences in our lives. We begin a focus on developing a clear mindset on how we really want to perceive our selves, relative to the new deeper truths.
Week 5
Getting Real with Ourselves
In this part of the process, we will determine how we want to deeply accept ourselves and why, with conscious awareness and a creating an authentic relationship with ourselves.
Week 6
Misperception in Self Inquiry
In this section we look at getting to the truth behind the misperceptions we have of ourselves. We also dig into the illusions we have been convincing ourselves of, including the influence of what has been projected upon us. We learn to begin facing what is real for ourselves and why we want to transform our mindset.
Week 7
Frozen Zones
We take a specific look at our personal emotional freezing tactics, what they are and how we can thaw and clarify them, in order to heal and move forward in developing our higher clarity in self perspective.
Week 8
Review & A plan to move forward
After spending these segments sorting out and getting clear on ourselves, we can now take the information we find useful to create a strategy to fulfill our clarity on a continuum and potentially cultivate peace within.
Week 9
Plan Outline
Understanding why we need to give up what we don't need allows us to create a plan of action to cultivate what we do want, and what need to take action toward create a more fulfilling life for ourselves.
